Josh grew up and attended elementary school through college in Sonora. He worked in emergency services in his early career, working fire and ambulance locally. That being said you will be hard-pressed to find a street, location, or community member that he doesn't know!
He later retired from firefighting and found a new career as a Realtor. He became licensed in 2016 and soon found his niche in both commercial and residential real estate, taking credit for selling two of the larger resorts in the county as well as many homes and cabins. Josh has a background in construction from working in the field during his younger days to more recently building his own house here in Sonora.
On his days off, you will find Josh on anything with two wheels! It is usually his mountain bike, hitting the trails, or road biking around the county. So if you want to know any hidden trails or great rides he's the guy to ask.

Brianna is a Tuolumne County local. Her roots stretch from the high Sierra Nevada mountains to the shores of Lake Tulloch. She is an avid reader who can't finish a book in the same way she can't finish her coffee while it's still hot. That's because she's a mom of two curious girls. She's also a college graduate who learned that her passion for education is best lived through her determination to homeschool. She can be found making sand castles and kayaking with her family in Pinecrest, fishing with her Dad at New Melones, or taking a stroll downtown with her husband.
Upon returning to Sonora, she worked with Barbara to find a home for her family.
